In order to create a favourable environment and contribute to the comfort of all attendees, we have created the following rules:

• We are all responsible for our own physical safety and that of others in the vicinity.
• We all accept that others’ personal boundaries may not be the same as ours. We are mindful of the appropriateness of our behaviour or actions that some may find offensive.
• We all treat those around us with respect without discriminating, regardless of age, ability, physical appearance, lifestyle, dance experience.
• We must follow all the rules of our host “Hotel Maljovitsa” and leave the rooms as we received them upon check-in.
• It is not allowed to consume imported alcoholic beverages in the open areas of the hotel (Lobby, Party Hall, Restaurant, etc.).
• In case of inability to attend the event for a reason not related to the organizer, the amount paid is not returned. But we’d be happy to help find someone to buy your pass.
• Payment of the pass must be made within 10 calendar days of registration.
• We understand that following the above guidelines ensures a better experience for everyone. Engaging in any type of verbal or physical abuse will have consequences.
• We will take responsibility for any complaints made by anyone attending the Mountain Monkeys Adventure Weekend.

We know the swing dance world is welcoming and supportive. We believe that cases of misconduct are rare. Let’s make this weekend a pleasure for all of us!

Conditions for accommodation of children:

• 1st child 3 – 12 years on an extra bed is accommodated for free;
• 2nd child 3 – 12 years old, 25% of the room price is charged for an extra bed;
• Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in a playpen;
